As long as I am able to keep in mind, i have wanted personal company across the company of other people. A few of it is anxiousness, I’m sure. Some is probably insecurity.

But a lot more of it is in fact because i am an introvert. I spent many my personal youth attempting to correct my personal introversion a€“ wrongly thought it absolutely was something I found myself merely doing completely wrong. As I’ve developed, but i have learned that you’ll find nothing wrong with getting times for my self. It’s not only anything I enjoy, but it is something I need as an introvert.

Introverts are not necessarily shy (although some tend to be), they simply enjoy their particular quiet stillness and worth their particular only energy. Continue reading →
